摘要
Abstract
Deform-3D is applied to nickel base superalloy cutting simulation and study and the method of individual ly varying cutting parameters to control cutting speed and feed rate is used to do cutting simulation test with a single variable. By contrast and analysis of data groups, it comes to the conclusion that the cutting force and cutting temperature change with the change of the cutting varia-ble graphic. From this, the most suitable thermodynamic conditions is obtained for the alloy cutling to cover the shortage of cutting force and cutting heat research and it is used in production practice.关键词
