角度快速调整装置在单轴数控车床上的应用
Application of Angle Rapid Adjustment Device in Single Axis CNC Lathes
摘要
Abstract
The ignition valve core of the household gas stove belongs to a small diameter outer cone part. The parts of one kind are similar in appearance, but the taper size is different the requirement of surface roughness is high and there is a need for a large num-mber of parts of this kind. If CNC lathe with two axes is used to machine them, the production cycle is longer, its efficiency is low and the cost of purchasing the machine tool is high. If the current CNC lathe with a single axis is equipped with an angle adjustment de-vice to finish the cutting of the valve core parts with different taper, its cutting speed is faster, its operation is more convenient and its efficiency is higher.关键词
