摘要

Abstract

A 3D model of Manifold purifier is built with Pro/E. The model is meshed with the Visual-mesh software. The welding heat source is checked and the simulation analysis of the welding process is done with the welding simulation software SYSWELE to ob-tain the distribution of temperature field, stress field and deformation of the manifold. The results show that the temperature of the welding unit raises with rapid welding speed in the welding process, but the basic condition of the temperature field does not change in the whole process. Due to the different loading and local heating, melting and cooling, the welding stress and longitudinal and transversel shrinkage and deformation are different too. The research results are helpful to improving the welding process and the welding quality.
