车削氧化铝陶瓷刀具磨损有限元仿真研究
Finite Element Simulation of Tool Wear in Turning Alumina Ceramic
摘要
Abstract
Based on the modified Johnson-Cook constitutive model, the cutting simulation of turning alumina ceramics is done by DEFORM. The influencing factors of the tool wear, such as cutting speed, cutting depth and cutting distance, are analyzed. The re-sults show that the maximum wear depth decreases with the increase of cutting speed, and increases with the increase of cutting depth. The simulation results of the wear depth show that the cutting process can be divided into three stages: initial wear stage, normal wear stage and rapid wear stage.关键词
