摘要

Abstract

The model of double crank-link mechanism is built by using the software of ADAMS. The synchronization and reinforce-ment of the motion-cycle and process-cycle of the double crank mechanism is achieved. The double crank mechanism is built to to greatly reduce the motor output torque of the composite power transport-mechanism. Its kinematic and dynamic characteristics of the power transmission system are analyzed. The results show that the composite transport- mechanism has obvious reinforcing effect, compared to common crank-link mechanism. A new idea of the servo metal-forming equipment is provided for improving the trans-mission function.
