Abstract
The reverse flotation study on Xuanlong roasting -magnetic concentrate with a new low-temperature resistant composite collector was conducted .The results indicated that the Fe grade and recovery in concentrate could reach 65.39%and 84.68%at a certain conditions , i.e., tem-perature of 12~15 ℃, combined collector (OMC-1) dosage of 750 g/t, starch dosage of 1000 g/t and lime of 4000 g/t.Surface potential and infrared spectrum analysis showed that the compos-ite collector has a certain physical and chemical adsorption ability on quartz .This novel low tem-perature resistant composite anionic collector provides a new way for the flotation of other iron ores and oxidized ores .关键词
