摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of oxidative stress indicatorsin aqueous, serum and tear in cataract patients and the relationship between these indicator levels and age.Methods 139 cases of cataract patients were enrolled as the observation group,and 80 healthy volunteers were selected as control.The changes of oxidative stress indi-catorsinaqueous,serum and tear were compared between the two groups.According to different age patients were divided into group A(<65 years;n =46 cases),group B(66~75 years;n =53)and group C(>76 years;n =40 cases), and the relationships between the difference in oxidative stress and age were studied.Results Serum, aqueous and tear SOD and TAC levels were significantly lower in observation group than in control group(P <0.05), while MDA,LPO, and CAT were significantly higher(P <0.05).Serum SOD and TAC were significantly decreased with the increase of age in cataract patients, while the levels of LPO and MDA were significantly increased.Conclusions Indices of oxidative stress in patients obviously changed with age.This can provide certain reference for clinical research of cataract patients.关键词
