非外伤性白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术后眼内炎的临床分析
Clinical analysis of endophthalmitis after nontraumatic cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens im-plantation

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical treatment and effects of endophthalmitis after nontraumatic cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation.Methods From January 2011 to April 2017,the clinical data of 71 patients(71 eyes)with endophthalmitis after nontraumatic cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation were analyzed retrospectively.Results Endophthalmitis was controlled in 65/71 eyes(91.5%)after surgery.23/65 (35.4%))vitreous samples were positive for culture.Among the 65 eyes,postoperative visual acuity of 40 eyes(61.5%) increased,19 eyes(29.2%)didn't change and 6 eyes(9.2%)decreased.In the group of intravitreal injection,the visual a-cuity improved significantly after injection(t =3.291,P <0.05).In the group of vitrectomy combined with intraocular lens extraction,the visual acuity improved significantly after surgery(t =5.786,P <0.05).Conclusions Timely treat-ment of endophthalmitis after nontraumatic cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation can effectively control inflammation and save visual function.Vitrectomy combined with intraocular lens extraction was effective for severe endophthalmitis.关键词
