血清不对称二甲基精氨酸在肥胖糖耐量异常患者大血管病变中的意义
The significance of serum asymmetric dimethylarginine level on macrovascular disease in patients with impaired glucose tolerance

Abstract
Objective To investigate the significance of serum asymmetric dimethylarginine(ADMA),adiponectin(APN) and C-reactive protein(CRP) level on macrovascular complication in obese impaired glucose tolerance(IGT) patients.Methods Patients were divided into 3 groups:43 patients with normal glucose tolerance(NGT),48 non-obese patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT-nob),and 47 obese patients with IGT(IGT-ob).Body mass index (BMI),blood pressure,blood lipid,insulin,ADMA,APN,CRP and carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT) were measured.The data of these parameters were compared and their correlations were analyzed.Results The BMI in IGT-ob group was significantly higher than those in IGTnob and NGT groups(P=0.000).Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial plasma glucose in both IGT-ob and IGT-nob groups were significantly higher than those in NGT group(P<0.05);fasting insulin(FINS),homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance(HOMA-IR) in IGT-nob and NGT groups were significantly lower than that in IGT-ob group(P=0.000).APN in IGT-nob and NGT groups were significantly higher than that in IGT-ob group (P<0.05),ADMA,CRP in IGT-nob and NGT groups were significantly lower than that in IGT-ob group (P<0.05),CIMT in NGT group was lower than that in IGT-nob and IGT-ob groups(P<0.05).ADMA,CRP in IGT-nob group were higher than that in NGT group (P<0.05).CIMT in IGT-nob was lower than that in IGT-ob group (P=0.016).Multivariate regression analysis showed that ADMA,APN and HOMA-IR were independently correlated with BMI,and ADMA,CRP and BMI were independently correlated with CIMT.Conclusions ADMA could be a predictive factor of IGT patients with macrovascular complication,especially in obese IGT patients.关键词
