Abstract
Carboxylated graphene oxide (GO-COOH) was prepared by carboxylation of graphene oxide (GO) with bromoacetic acid,and the structure of product was characterized by FT-IR,AFM and TG.Then,GO-COOH modified polyacrylate leather finishing agent was prepared by adding different amounts of GO-COOH based on physical blending and applied to leather finishing.The influence of the feeding order on the residue during the preparation of the leather finishing slurry was investigated.And the effect of the amount of GO-COOH on the dry and wet rubbing fastness,surface gloss,folding fastness and adhesion fastness of coating was also investigated.The applied results indicated that GOCOOH could not be removed as the residue when it was added to the finishing agent after adding the dye water and filtering to remove the residue;Within the studied range of amount,the addition of GO-COOH could improve the dry and wet rubbing fastness,folding fastness and adhesion fastness of the coating.And the impact of GO-COOH on the surface gloss was not significant.At the same time,with the increase of the amount of GO-COOH,the dry and wet rubbing fastness,folding fastness and adhesion fastness of the coating became better.关键词
