利用聚氨酯负载剂制备高浓度纳米银复合抗菌剂OA北大核心CSTPCD

Preparation of High Concentration Nano-silver Composite Antimicrobial Agents by Using Polyurethane Load Agents

为了适应产业化要求,高浓度、高稳定性的纳米银抗菌剂的制备有重要的意义.本研究以2.4×10-3 g/mL高浓度纳米银为研究对象,研究了树脂和增稠剂组成的负载剂对体系稳定性的影响,并对含有负载剂的纳米银复合抗菌剂的性能进行系统考察.结果显示,负载剂中增稠剂与树脂最优配比为11%,在该配比下,100 g负载剂可负载纳米银抗菌剂的量为30 mL,纳米银复合抗菌剂的量为10 mL;负载的纳米银复合抗菌剂适合于偏酸性、低温、避光的环境下储存.
