烯效唑对荔枝花期发育过程内源激素的影响
Effects of Uniconazole on the Endogenous Phytohormone Contents in the Florescence Period of Lithi
摘要
Abstract
The effect of Uniconazole on the changes of the endogenous phytohormone content in litchi panicles and leaves were studied. Litchi cultivar 'Feizixiao' was used as the material. Spraying with 44.4 mg/L uniconazole, ELISA was used to assay the content changes of five endogenous phytohormone ( GA3/IAA/ABA/ZR/MeJA). The contents of ABA/IAA/ZR/MeJA were increased, while that of GA3 was significantly decreased by uniconazole treatment. Endogenous phytohormone content was regulated by uniconazole treatment, which finally was beneficial to the of fruit setting of litchi.关键词
