油茶籽油及枯饼提取物的抗肿瘤活性研究
Anticancer Activities of the Extract Fromoils and Cakes of Camellia spp.

Abstract
The anticancer activities of oils and cakes of Camellia spp. were detected by MTT in this paper. And the total phenolics and total flavonoids were measured by Folin-Ciocalteu reagent and aluminium chloride reagent, respectively. The results showed that the content of total phenolic (151.04μg/g) and total flavonoid (1.37 mg/g) of the oil produced by stir-frying and squeezing from Qionghai exceeded those of the other samples. The total phenol content in seven cakes of Camellia spp. had no significant difference, and the total flavonoid content of the cake produced by steaming and squeezing from Putian was higher than other samples. The specific anticancer activities were clear from the oils and cakes of Camellia spp.. And their antiproliferative activities to lung cancer (Lewis), melanoma (B16) and breast cancer (SCC891) cells in a range of concentrations from 1 to 50μg/mL were increased in dose-dependent manner. Therefore, it had potential medical values and economic benefits to develop the anticancer effect of Camellia spp..关键词
