肉饼兜兰叶片生长模型与解剖结构研究
Leaf Growth Model and Anatomical Structure of Paphiopedilum pacific
摘要
Abstract
The leaf growth model and anatomical structure was analyzed and observed on 2 cultivars of Paphiopedilum pacific. Results showed that the leaf growth dynamics were both "S" -type curve, and the leaf had a long growth cycle and lifetime. Older leaf, longer leaf length led to longer time needed to germinate a new leaf and fully develop. The adaxial epidermis was thick, while the mesophyll cell was thin, so its organizational structure closely degree was low, which might lead to its slow growth, though it belonged to C3 plant. Paphiopedilum pacific had thick leaves, and its adaxial epidermis was big and cuticula was thick, and also, its sunken stomata and developed carinate veins illustrated that Paphiopedilum had an obvious drought characteristic.关键词
