福建省53份茶树种质资源遗传多样性ISSR分析
Analysis of Genetic Diversity of Fifty-three Camellia Sinensis in Fujian Province by ISSR

Abstract
The genetic diversity and genetic structure of tea plant in seven regions of Fujian Province were examined by ISSR.The results showed that, 97 bands were amplified with 12 ISSR primers, the polymorphic bands of which were 92, and their polymorphism percentage was 94.84%. 53 tea plant resources were divided into 5 groups (GS=0.71). The range of genetic distance was between 0.66~0.99. The Nei' s genetic distance was 0.224, the Shannon' s information index was 0.368, and the genetic diversity in different regions of tea plant had significant?difference. Fu′an in Ningde was the highest when the Gushan Mountain in Fuzhou got the lowest similarity with the others. The coefficient of gene variation was 0.332. The values of genetic diversity in and between the regions was 0.154 and 0.231, respectively.The Fuzhou area got low similarity with the others. The results indicated that, there was high genetic diversity of tea plant in Fujian Province, which had high frequency of heritable variation in different regions. The insufficiency of genetic information flow might be the main fact of the genetic diversity in Fuzhou area.关键词
