利用SSR分子标记研究白菜类亚种资源的遗传多样性
Genetic Diversity Analysis in Chinese Cabbage [ssp. chinensis (L.) Makino] Resources Based on SSR Molecular Markers

Abstract
In order to analyze the evolution of Chinese cabbage [ssp. chinensis (L.) Makino] resource, a total of 94 Chinese cabbage [ssp. chinensis (L.) Makino] materials were used to assess the genetic diversity. The results showed that, nineteen cabbage SSR primers combinations amplified 137 alleles, 7.16 loci on average for each pair of primers. The average of polymorphism loci percentage ( P), genetic heterozygosity ( He), effective number of alleles (Ne), Shannon-Wiener index (H') and polymorphism information content (PIC) was 99.9%, 0.897, 11.598, 2.454, 0.886, respectively, and there were extremely significant correlation among them except P value. 94 Chinese cabbage [ssp. chinensis (L.) Makino] materials were clustered into three groups by UPGMA when GSC was 0.58, much of local Chinese cabbage was closer relationships with pakchoi. The order of genome amplification polymorphism by Chinese cabbage SSR primers was (small) cabbage, red bolt second lowest and wild mustard.关键词
