Recent Advances in Genetics and Breeding of Pleurotus pulmonarius
摘要
Abstract
Pleurotus pulmonarius is an upstart edible mushroom in recent years. This paper summarized the current status and progress in the genetic breeding of P. pulmonarius from perspectives of genetic characteristics, germplasm resources research, hybridization breeding, protoplast fusion breeding, inbred breeding and radiation-induced mutation breeding. To conduct the collection of germplasm resources of P. pulmonarious and performing creative evaluation and utilization research of P. pulmonarius germplasm is of great significance for the protection and rational utilization as well as development of P. pulmonarius germplasm resources, and promoting sustainable development of P. pulmonarius industry.关键词
