摘要

Abstract

Pollen induction is an important way to obtain apomixis. In this study, the pollen which radiated was used to pollinate with female flowers for inducing cassava apomixis in the living body, and acquired the sporophyte apomixis germplasmthe induced by the pollen that radiated under 60Coγ-ray. The results showed that:The way to induce cassava apomixis by 60Coγ-ray radiation pollen was effective, and the choice of radiation dose and variety had a certain influence on the induction of cassava apomixis. A total of 23 plants were harvested in this study, and the offsprings were detected by cytological and codominant EST-SSR markers, it showed that the 23 offsprings were heterozygous diploid; Furthermore, SRAP molecular markers were used to identify heterozygous heterozygosity or homozygous heterozygosity for each progeny, and two offsprings were found to be genetic homogeneity of SC5.
