烧结温度对96Al2O3陶瓷力学性能及热导率的影响
Research on the Mechanical Properties and Thermal Conductivity of 96 Alumina Ceramics
摘要
Abstract
The effect of sintering temperature on mechanical property and thermal property of alumina ceramics consolidated by pressureless sintering were investigated .The density , mechanical properties , thermal conductivity , microstructure , and phase composition were analyzed by Archimedes , three point bending , laser pulse method , scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction , respectively .The results showed that better thermal property and higher mechanical properties can be obtained at 1600 ℃and the value of thermal conductivity , density, hardness, bending strength are 24.9 W/(m· K), 3.82 g/cm3,(13.8 ±0.2) GPa, (362.9 ±26.9) MPa, respectively.关键词
