ICU老年多重耐药菌肺炎中医辨治思路探讨
Discussion on Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment for ICU Senile Multidrug-Resistant Bacteria Pneumonia by Traditional Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
The intensive care unit (ICU) senile multidrug-resistant bacteria (MDR) pneumonia is of deficient root and excessive branch,or mixed deficiency and excess according to syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Deficiency,heat,phlegm and stasis are the main pathogenic factors. In clinic,herbs of heat-clearing and detoxifying,dispersing lung and resolving phlegm should be applied. Besides,supple-menting the deficiency and reinforcing the healthy qi ,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis , unblocking the fu-organs and promoting qi circulation also should be applied to improve the therapeutic ef-fect,to reduce ICU stay,and to lower mortality.关键词
