从乌梅丸上热下寒证探析糖尿病下肢大血管病变
Discussion on Diabetic Lower Extremity Vascular Disease From Upper Heat and Lower Cold Syndrome of Wumei Pill
摘要
Abstract
Based on the upper heat and lower cold syndrome of Wumei pill created by ZHANG Zhongjing , the diabetic lower extremity vascular disease was discussed on the disease mechanism and treatment princi-ples. Wumei pill should be used not only for ascariasis ,but also for heat due to yin deficiency in diabetes. In jueyin disease,there is the upper heat mechanism,and it should be treated according to "wind wood ex-tinguishing fire" and "sour restricting sweet". The diabetic macroangiopathy is of "yang stagnation with weak pulse",corresponding to "lower cold",and should be treated with Wumei pill by the "yin and yang commu-nication" and "smoothing and harmonization of yin and yang qi". Wumei pills implies treating the branch and root simultaneously,and treating the upper and lower simultaneously,and it should be studied further.关键词
