基于"脑主神明"理论治疗小儿脑性瘫痪回顾性研究
Retrospective Study on Treatment of Cerebral Palsy in Children Based on Theory of "Brain Governing Mind"
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To retrospectively analyze 800 children diagnosed as cerebral palsy in the last 5 years , so as to explore the new ideas of treatment of children with cerebral palsy. Methods:Combined with the de-velopment track of the "brain governing mind" theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the syndrome,efficacy and the influence of gender,age on the efficacy of the 800 children with cerebral palsy was retrospectively studied. The main drug was Nao Kang Ling for oral administration. Results:It was found that the brain re-suscitation,relaxing tendons and activting collaterals method can make the curative rate in the treatment of infantile cerebral palsy reach to 95%. Gender had rare influence on the curative efficacy ,but the age had obvious influence on the curative efficacy. The younger the better. Conclusion:The brain resuscitation ,relax-ing tendons and activating collaterals method under the guidance of the theory of "brain governing mind",for children with cerebral palsy is worth clinical promotion.关键词
