散结止痛颗粒对乳腺增生病患者雌二醇及孕酮的影响
Effect on Serum Estradiol and Progesterone of Sanjie Zhitong Granule in Patients with Breast Hyperplasia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanjie Zhitong granule on patients with breast hyper-plasia and its effect on serum estradiol and progesterone. Methods:A total of 120 cases of breast hyperplasia patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group(n=60) was received Sanjie Zhitong gran-ule,while the control group(n=60) was received Rupixiao tablet. After three-month treatment,symptom scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups and serum estradiol and progesterone in luteal phase of the treatment group were observed. Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group (96.7%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.0%). The serum estradiol was decreased and the serum progesterone was in-creased in the treatment group. Conclusion:Sanjie Zhitong granule has significant effect on breast hyperplasi-a,and one of its mechanism of action is regulating the endocrine function.关键词
