关节镜下松解术治疗冻结肩疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect ofarthroscopic capsular release treatment of frozen shoulder.Methods From Jan 2014 to Dec 2015,23 cases of frozen shoulder patients,including primary 18 cases,secondary 5 cases were treated with arthroscopic capsular release.The VAS pain score and Constant shoulder function score were used to assess the treatment effect.Results All the patients were followed up for an average of 16 months (12 to 30 months).At 1 month,3months,1 year after surgery,the pain VAS score were 2.5±0.95,1.3±0.54,1.0±0.42 which were significantly lower than preoperative which was 6.5±2.31,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The score of the shoulder joint function were 78.6±4.61,80.6±3.99,85.5±4.45 at 1 month,3 months,1 year after surgery which were higher than preoperative which was 30.6±3.63,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of frozen shoulder by arthroscopic capsular release is an ideal method,which has the advantages of rapid recovery,less trauma,fewer complications.关键词
