Research progress on professionalism and its influencing factors of nursing undergraduate trainees
摘要
Abstract
This paper expounded concept and connotation of nurses' professional spirit and current research status of nurses' professional spirit at home and abroad,the influence factors of professional spirit of nursing undergraduate trainees were summarized from personal factors,organizational factors,social factors and family factors,put forward the corresponding rationalization proposals combined with the situation of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and provided the basis for further research on the theoretical framework and application evaluation of occupational psychology of nursing undergraduates trainees.关键词
