ICU护士共情能力及自我同情与同情疲劳的相关研究
Correlative study on empathy ability,self compassion and compassion fatigue of ICU nurses

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the relationship among empathy ability,self compassion and compassion fatigue in ICU nurses.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 258 ICU nurses from third grade A hospitals in Tianjin by using Chinese version of Interpersonal Reaction Index Scale,Self-Compassion Scale and Chinese Version of Professional Quality of Life Scale.Results:Pearson correlation analysis showed that:ICU nurses secondary traumatic stress and job burnout were negatively correlated with self-compassion(P＜0.01),job burnout was positively correlated with individual sadness in empathy(P＜0.01),and negatively correlated with perspective taking dimension(P＜0.05).Multiple regression analysis showed that the second traumatic stress was the dependent variable,and the self-compassion was the independent variable,which explained 13.4％ of the variance;when job burnout was used as a variable,self-compassion and individual distress together explained 32.2％ of the variance.Conclusions:Nursing administrators should pay attention to the empathy ability and self compassion level of ICU nurses,and give effective intervention measures to prevent or improve the compassion fatigue of ICU nurses.关键词
