Abstract
This study was attempt to determine rapid propagation methods for Rheum lhasaense A.J.Li et P.K.Hsiao,then establish theregeneration system for R.lhasaense A.J.Li et P.K.Hsiao through callus induction.R.lhasaense A.J.Li et P.K.Hsiao seed as material,Tissue culture method was used to induce the callus ofR.lhasaense.Results show:peeled seeds is the best explant for tissue culture;High concentration of cytokinin and relatively low amount of 2,4-D were beneficial to the induction and differentiation of shoot;MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+KT1.0mg/L+ZT0.5 mg/L+2,4-D0.5mg/Lis the best medium of induction and differentiation of primary culture;MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+KT2.0mg/L+ZT1.0mg/L+2,4-D0.5mg/Lis the best medium for proliferation;1/2 MS+ NAA1.0mg/L + 2000mg/Lacticarbon is the best rooting inducing medium,and the rooting rate was 98％.The highest survival rate was 90％.关键词
