摘要

Abstract

In order to determine the aroma components of tassel of carrot,the essential oils were extracted by headspace solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME) then separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).The relative content of each compound was calculated by area normalization method.48 compounds were detected from essential oils of tassel of carrot,and 42 of them were identified,which account for 97.83% of total flow area,including 29 terpenes,4 oxygen containing compounds,3 alcohols,2 aromatic compounds,1 ester,1 ketone,1 acid and 1 ether.The main content of the essential oils are alpha pinene (22.66%),beta pinene (28.98%),caryophyllene(15.63%),D-limonene(8.00%)and ocimene(6.95%)respectively.
