Abstract
In order to determine the aroma components of tassel of carrot,the essential oils were extracted by headspace solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME) then separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).The relative content of each compound was calculated by area normalization method.48 compounds were detected from essential oils of tassel of carrot,and 42 of them were identified,which account for 97.83％ of total flow area,including 29 terpenes,4 oxygen containing compounds,3 alcohols,2 aromatic compounds,1 ester,1 ketone,1 acid and 1 ether.The main content of the essential oils are alpha pinene (22.66％),beta pinene (28.98％),caryophyllene(15.63％),D-limonene(8.00％)and ocimene(6.95％)respectively.关键词
