拉伸-热定型对聚砜中空纤维微滤膜结构和水通量的影响
Effect of tensile-heat stabilization on structure and water flux of polysulfone hollow fiber microfiltration membrane

Abstract
In order to improve the stability of the structure and the water flux of the hollow fiber microfiltration membrane, the polysulfone hollow fiber microfiltration membrane was stretched at 5%, 10% and 15%, then placed in an electrothermal blast oven for heat treatment at 50℃,60℃,70℃for 10 min or 30 min.The results show that different degree of stretching-heat setting has obvious effect on the structure and water flux of polysulfone hollow fiber microfiltration membrane.The best treatment condition in this experiment is 10% elongation,heat setting at 60℃for 10 min,after 80 min,the water flux of post-treatment membrane is 22% higher than that of the primary membrane.The stress generated in the membrane is relaxed,the pore size of the membrane increases,the inter-hole coherence increases,At the same time,the tensile and heat setting resulted in the orientation of the polymer molecular chain,the stability of the membrane pore structure was improved,and the water flux attenuation was effectively alleviated..Appropriate stretching-heat setting improves the water flux and the microporous structure stability of microfiltration membranes.关键词
