交联淀粉处理对兔毛纤维性能的影响
Effect of crosslinked starch treatment on performance of rabbit hair
摘要
Abstract
In accordance with the low friction coefficient,low cohesion force and poor spinnability of rabbit hair, in order to improve the cohesion between the fibers, a kind of cross-linked starch was used to treat the rabbit fibers to improve the friction coefficient of the fiber surface,and increase the friction coefficient of the fiber.The effects of crosslinked starch emulsion content on the friction coefficient and mechanical properties of rabbit hair fiber were analyzed.The results showed that when the content of crosslinked starch is 2%,the friction coefficient of the fiber changes the most,especially the coefficient of static friction increased more than 120%,the difference of friction coefficient of static and dynamic inverse scale and smooth scale is respectively 96.32% and 110.2%;breaking strength increased by 15.76%,elongation at break was 32.14%.This treatment can not only ensure the increase in the cohesion force,but also maintain the flexibility of the fiber.关键词
