上浆浓度对碳纤维缝线拉伸和耐磨性能的影响
Effects of sizing concentration on tensile strength and wear resistance of carbon fiber suture line

Abstract
In order to improve the progress of easy to fluff and broken of carbon fiber suture in the suture process,surface modification of carbon fiber suture was used by sizing to improve the tensile strength and wear resistance. The tensile strength, flexural strength and wear resistance of carbon fiber suture with different concentration were measured.The surface hairiness of carbon fiber after abrasion test was observed,then the relationship between the concentration of slurry and the tensile strength and wear resistance were analyzed.The results show that the mechanical properties and wear resistance of the carbon fiber suture can be enhanced by the sizing.The tensile strength of the sizing carbon fiber was increased by 47.7% compared with that of the non-sizing, the flexural strength was increased by about 29.3% compared with that of the untreated.When the size concentration was 3% and the sizing rate was 0.32%,the mechanical properties and wear resistance of the carbon fiber were the best, then the carbon fiber had the best performance for suture.关键词
