超高交联非织造布的制备及其对苯乙烯气体的吸附性能
Preparation of nonwoven surface modified through hypercross-linking and its adsorption for styrene

Abstract
In order to remove styrene in the exhaust gas effectively,a hypercross-linked nonwoven was fabricated by grafting copolymerization of styrene and divinyl benzene and post crosslinking on the surface of polypropylene nonwoven. Three kinds of cross-linked agent such as 4,4′-dimethylbiphenyl(CMDP), benzylenechloride(DCX)and dimethoxymethane(FDA)were chosen to be used in cross linking reaction.These nonwoven were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,FTIR spectroscopy,N2adsorption/desorption isotherms and contact angle.The regulation mechanism of crosslinker molecular structure on the porous three-dimensional crosslinking layer and the adsorption properties of styrene molecules were studied emphatically.It was found that the HCN-CMDP had the highest surface area(446.67 m2/g)when grafting rate was 200% and using 4,4′-dimethylbiphenyl(CMDP)as cross-linked agent. The adsorption capacities of HCNS for styrene accord with HCN-CMDP > HCN-DCX >HCN-FDA.The maximum adsorption capacity of HCN-CMDP for styrene could reach 353.6 mg/g.关键词
