炭黑导电聚酯织物的制备及其性能表征
Preparation and characterization of carbon black conductive polyester fabric

Abstract
In order to improve the conductive property of polyester fabric, a new method named homogeneous coating method, to prepare conductive fabric, was adopted to prepare homogeneous coating carbon black(CB) conductive polyester(PET)fabric.The effects of CB and PET contents on the conductive properties of fabrics were studied,and the thermodynamic properties,mechanical properties and washing durability of the conductive fabrics were tested and characterized. The results show that the surface resistance of the homogeneous coating conductive PET fabric is 102-103Ω and after ultrasonic washing,the surface resistance is not affected;the SEM show that the carbon black is compatible with the homogeneous coating solution;the modified fabrics good heat-resistant properties of polyester fabric with the melting point of 257 ℃; the fabric has good mechanical properties,and the tensile strength maximum increases by 164% compared with the original fabric.关键词
