TiO2/ZnO复合纳米粒子的制备及其紫外屏蔽性能OA北大核心CSTPCD
Preparation of TiO2/ZnO composite nanoparticles and their UV-shielding properties
为了探究纳米粒子的紫外屏蔽性能,以TiOSO4、ZnCl2为原料,以NH3H2O为调节剂,以PEG 400为分散剂,采用超声沉淀法,在不同煅烧温度、煅烧时间条件下制备了纳米TiO2、ZnO以及TiO2/ZnO材料;采用FT-IR、XRD、XPS、UV等方法对纳米粒子进行了表征,考察纳米粒子的紫外屏蔽性能.表征结果显示:当纳米TiO2粒子在800℃下煅烧4 h、纳米ZnO粒子在500℃下煅烧4 h时,其紫外屏蔽性能最佳;TiO2/ZnO复合粉体相对…查看全部>>
In order to investigate the UV-shielding property of nanoparticles,TiO2,ZnO and TiO2/ZnO were prepared by ultrasonic precipitation at different calcination temperature for different calcination time using titanyl sulfate, zinc chloride as raw material,ammonia as conditioning agent and PEG 400 as dispersant.The nanoparticles were characterized by FT-IR, XRD, XPS, UV, and the UV-shielding properties of the nanoparticles were investigated.The results show…查看全部>>
