TiO2/ZnO复合纳米粒子的制备及其紫外屏蔽性能
Preparation of TiO2/ZnO composite nanoparticles and their UV-shielding properties

Abstract
In order to investigate the UV-shielding property of nanoparticles,TiO2,ZnO and TiO2/ZnO were prepared by ultrasonic precipitation at different calcination temperature for different calcination time using titanyl sulfate, zinc chloride as raw material,ammonia as conditioning agent and PEG 400 as dispersant.The nanoparticles were characterized by FT-IR, XRD, XPS, UV, and the UV-shielding properties of the nanoparticles were investigated.The results show that the UV-shielding property is best when the TiO2nanoparticles are calcined at 800 ℃ for 4 h and the ZnO nanoparticles are calcined at 500 ℃ for 4 h. However, the TiO2/ZnO composite nanoparticles have stronger UV-shielding property than single TiO2and ZnO nanoparticles.关键词
