PEO-PPO-PTHF-PPO-PEO嵌段共聚醚的合成与应用
Synthesis and application of PEO-PPO-PTHF-PPO-PEO block polyether
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the crystallinity and mechanical properties of polyurethane film,starting from the raw material polyether,using poly(THF)ether glycol as starting agent,a certain proportion of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide as raw materials,tetrahydrofuran block polyether(PTMG-PO/EO)was synthesized via anionic ring opening polymerization. IR, NMR and gel permeation chromatography were performed to characterize and analyze the synthesized polyether polyol polyurethane film was synthesized by using PTMG-PO/EO polyether as raw material,its mechanical properties and moisture permeability was compared with the polyurethane films prepared by conventional PEO polyether.Results show,the moisture permeability for PUPTMG-PO/EO thin film is 10 288 g/(m2·(24 h)),the fracture strength of PUPTMG-PO/EOis 35 MPa,the elongation at break is 550%,the polyurethane film made from the synthesized PTMG-PO/EO polyether has higher mechanical properties and good moisture permeability.关键词
