基于单相逆变的节能型交变磁场发生器设计
Design of energy saving alternating magnetic field generator based on single-phase inverter
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the power utilization rate of alternating magnetic field generator (AMFG), this paper develops an energy saving alternating magnetic field generator(ESAMFG)combined with single-phase inverter technology and the principle of second-order circuit. The ESAMFG which uses MOSFET as switches utilizes single-phase inverter circuit to produce an alternating current with adjustable amplitude and frequency in the magnetic field coil, making the coil induce an alternating magnetic field in space. At the end of alternating magnetic field, the ESAMFG can make the coil current recycle to the energy storing capacitor for energy conservation and re-use by controlling the corresponding MOSFET turned on or off.Experimental results show that,the energy saving rate is in the range of 77.1%—79.6%,the energy saving re-use rate is in the range of 75.6%—80.2%,and the design improves the energy efficiency.关键词
