Abstract
Malyngamide K is a typical example of malyngamides with both cyclohexenone and allyl chloride moieties.The construction of its amine carbon skeleton is very important for the design of general synthetic route of those malyngamides.In this work,the amine carbon skeleton of malyngamide K was constructed between ethanol amine (2) and cyclohexanone (5) by Baylis-Hillman reaction,which provides a new synthetic route for those malyngamide analogues with both cyclohexenone and allyl chloride substructures.关键词
