醋酸加氢Pt-Sn双金属催化剂制备乙醇研究
Hydrogenation of acetic acid to ethanol over Pt-Sn bi-metallic catalyst

Abstract
γ-Al2O3 supported Pt-Sn bi-metallic catalysts modified by CaSiO3 were prepared by incipient-wetness impregnation method and characterized by SEM and XRD. The effects of the contents of Pt and CaSiO3, the calcination temperature and time of the catalysts and the reaction conditions on the performances of the catalysts were investigated were studied in a fixed bed reactor. The results showed that the optimal composition of the catalyst is 2.5%Pt1.68%Sn3.0%CaSiO3/γ-Al2O3, and the optimal calcination temperature and time are 550℃ and 6h, respectively. Under the reaction conditions of 300℃, 4.05MPa, LHSV of 1.726h-1, GHSV of 3452.2h-1 and H2/HAc molar ratio of 5, the conversion of acetic acid and the selectivity of ethanol could reach up to 95.24% and 73.95%, respectively.关键词
