摘要

Abstract

The CuZnAl catalyst prepared by complete liquid-phase method was heat-treated under different temperature with paraffin which was pretreated in advance as heat-treatment and reaction medium. All catalysts were characterized by XRD, H2-TPR NH3-TPD, N2 adsorption and XPS. The results showed that the pretreatment of liquid paraffin could increase the grain size of Cu and pore size of the catalyst, change the existing form of Cu+, improve the Cu/Zn ratio on the surface, and make the catalyst have suitable weak acid content, which result in promoting the formation of C2+OH. Under the premise of pretreated liquid paraffin, the catalysts heat-treated under 250℃ and 280℃ had a higher selectivity of C2+OH with the C2+OH/ROH carbon atom ratios of reaching 14.75%and 14.12%, respectively, and the stability was still well behaved at 120h.
