Abstract
Base on the industrial top burning type furnace, a one-dimensional pseudo-homogeneous mathematical model of hydrogen production reactor was established. The model was calculated by the method of Runge-Kutta with Matlab. The concentration of each component and temperature distributionin of the reactor were analyzed. The influence of process conditions of methane steam reforming (MSR) on methane conversion and outlet temperature were studied. The results show that the methane conversion and outlet temperature increase with increasing steam-methane ratio, furnace temperature and inlet temperature, and decreasing space velocity. The effect of inlet pressure was not significant. The results will be helpful for optimization of process conditions of MSR.关键词
