影响水电站垫层蜗壳结构自振特性的若干因素分析
Analysis of Several Factors Affecting Natural Vibration Characteristics of Spiral Case with Cushion Layers of Hydropower Station

Abstract
The natural vibration characteristics of spiral case will cushion layers of a underground powerhouse of hydropower station are analyzed by using the ANSYSsoftware to study the effects of the plane laying scope of cushion layer,cushion layer aging performance,water quality and hydraulic pressure expansion.The results show that when the cushion layer is unaging,the cushion laying scope,water quality and hydraulic pressure expansion have no significant influence on the natural vibration frequency of spiral case structure.However,the formation of large gap due to cushion layer aging and considering the water quality in the flow channel obviously reduces the natural vibration frequency of the steel spiral case and the concrete structure;but the increase of stiffness of steel spiral case due to hydraulic pressure expansion increases the natural vibration frequency,which is favorable for the structure anti-vibration.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the choice of the cushion material for spiral case to ensure that its mechanical properties do not change with time.关键词
