微栓塞球联合凝血酶粉栓塞法建立犬急性心肌梗死模型
Establishment of Acute Myocardial Infarction Model in Dogs by Micro Embolization Combined with Thrombin Powder

Abstract
Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of embolization of coronary artery in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) model in Beagle dogs. Methods 30 Beagle dogs with body weight of 10~12kg via femoral artery of left coronary anterior descending angiography ,the micro catheter put polyethylene microspheres 2ml (4 × 104/ml ) suspension rapid injection ,then the injection of thrombin powder preparation of 2ml (1000u/ml) embolization of the left anterior descending artery to establish the model of myocar-dial infarction. Left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDd) ,left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVEDs) and left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) were measured by echocardiography. Results All the Beagle dogs were successfully performed with left coronary angiography. The success rate was 83.33% ,the mortality rate was about 16.67% ,and the survival rate was 70% in the first 2 weeks. 1 hours after operation ,echocardiography showed that the 1/3 of the anterior wall of the heart was reduced and the EF value decreased significantly. At 1 week after operation ,the segmental motion of the left ventricular anterior wall appeared to be attenuated and reversed ,LVDd increased ,and the EF value returned to normal range. Conclusions Micro ball embolization combined with thrombin powder preparation of coronary artery interventional method establishment of canine model of myocardial infarction Beagle ,a model of high success rate ,simple operation ,fast animal trauma ,rapid postoperative recovery and high survival rate ,and has the ad-vantages of reversibility ,is a new type of effective canine acute myocardial infarction model methods .关键词
