Abstract
Objective To analyze the recombinant human-brain natriuretic peptide combined with sodium nitroprussideon hemodynamics indicators and left ventricular ejection fraction in patients with acute decompensated heart failure.Methods 108 cases of acute decompensated heart failure were selected in our hospital and randomly divided into the control group (n =54) treated by sodium nitroprusside and the observation group (n =54) underwent recombinant human-brain natriuretic peptide on the basis of the control group.The changes of hemodynamics indicators,urine volume and left ventricular ejection fraction were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of mean pulmonary artery pressure and mean pulmonary capillary wedge pressure in the observation group after 1 hour were lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05) and those levels was lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05);the level of cardiac output in the observation group after 1 hour was higher than that of before treatment (P < 0.05) and it was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).The urine volume in the observation group for 24 hours was higher than in the control group (P < 0.05).The level of left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group after treatment for 1 hour was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conchusios The recombinant human-brain natriuretic peptide combined with sodium nitroprusside can effectively improve hemodynamics indicators of patients with acute decompensated heart failure and promote urination,which can improve the level of left ventricular ejection fraction,so it can enhance the clinical effects.关键词
