摘要
Abstract
Objective To design a medical cadre management system to improve cadre management in flexibility,rationality and openness.Methods The system was developed based on the traditional information management system,which used J2EE SSM framework to execute data management and logical operation and applied Wechat official account to implement cross-platform operation.Results The system facilitated cadre training and evaluation greatly.Conclusion The system contributes to collecting information on cadre evaluation and improving cadre training,and has practical values.关键词
