摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the centralized management of hospital universal medical equipment to enhance efficiency of the equipment and decrease repeated purchasing.Methods Medical equipment centralized management was studied with survey and the monitor as an example,and related management plans and working flow.Results The efficiency of medical equipment was enhanced,and the purchasing of hospital universal medical equipment was decreased,while the requirements of the patients were fulfilled.Conclusion All-win result is obtained in hospital fund,equipment purchasing and utilization,and the requirements are met for hospital and departments.关键词
