摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the quality method of Shenrong wuzi pill.Methods According to the prescription,fructus lycii and phellodendron chinense were identified by TLC method,and hesperidin was determined by HPLC.Results The identification method was accurate and specific.Injection concentration with the range from 6.67 to 66.71 μg · mL-1 of hesperidin was good.The average recovery rate was 98.87％,and RSD was 1.11％ (n =6).Conclusion The established method was accurate,quickly,and reproducibility was good.It could be effectively used in quality control.关键词
