卡培他滨片治疗老年晚期转移性结直肠癌的临床研究
Clinical trial of capecitabine tablets in the treatment of elderly advanced metastatic colorectal cancer

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of capecitabine tablets in the treatment of elderly advanced metastatic colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 70 patients with elderly advanced metastatic colorectal cancer were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 35 cases per group.Control group did not receive any treatment but clinical observation,until the disease progressed and further treatment was received.Treatment group was given capecitabine 1000 mg · m-2,bid,after oral administration,used for 2 weeks,disable for 1 weeks.Treatment group was treated for 2 cycles with 21 d per cycle.The clinical efficacy,vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),carbohydrate antigen 199 (CA199),carcino-embryonic antigen (CEA),and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rates in treatment and control groups were 77.14％ (27/35 cases) and 25.71％ (9/35 cases) with significant difference (P ＜0.05).After treatment,the main indexes in treatment and control groups were compared:VEGF were (53.55 ± 14.03),(78.34 ± 14.34) pg mL-1;CA199 were (261.32 ± 69.42),(376.41 ± 86.65) U · mL-1;CEA were (16.93 ± 1.06),(22.64 ± 2.31)ng · mL-1,the differences were statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.05).The adverse drug reactions in two groups were based on leukopenia,hand-foot syndrome,fatigue,nausea and vomiting,diarrhea.The incidences of adverse drug reactions in treatment and control groups were 68.57％ and 25.71％ with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Capecitabine tablet has a definitive clinical in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced colorectal cancer,but the incidence of adverse drug reactions increased.关键词
