氟比洛芬酯注射液联合芬太尼注射液用于老年髋关节置换术的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of flurbiprofen axetil injection combined with fentanyl injection in the treatment of elderly hip replacement.Methods A total of 140 patients with elderly hip replacement were randomly divided into control group (n =70 cases) and treatment group (n =70 cases).Control group was given fentanyl 1 mg,patient-controlled analgesia.Treatment group was given flurbiprofen axetil 50 mg ± fentanyl 1 mg,patient-controlled analgesia.The mini-mental state examination (MMSE) scores and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results After operation 48 h,the MMSE scores of the treatment and control groups were (28.83 ± 1.31),(25.73 ± 1.65) points,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The adverse drug reactions in two groups were based on nausea,vomiting and skin itching.The incidences of adverse drug reactions in the treatment and control groups were 8.57％ and 22.86％ with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil injection combined with fentanyl injection has a definitive clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of elderly hip replacement.关键词
