摘要
Abstract
Objective To extract of Polysaccharides from mulberry leaves(PML) and to determinate the content of PML derived from alcohol precipitation and analyze the composition of monosaccharide.Methods PML were extracted by water and precipitated by alcohol,proteinum eliminated by trichloroacetic acid,active carbon decolor,AB -8 macroporous resin purification.The PML graded alcohol precipitation into four groups a,b,c,d by 95% ethanol.The phenol-sulfuric acid method for determination the content of PML.The monosaccharide composition in four group Polysaccharides were determined using thin-layer chromatography and gas chromatography method.Results The content of Polysaccharides in four group by graded alcohol precipitation were 38.4%,45.5%,40.7%,42.3% respectively.The four group Polysaccharides contain three kinds of known monosaccharides,rhamnose,galactose and glucose;while the section contains xylose,mannose,fructose.Conclusion The content of different molecular weight segments and the number and types of monosaccharide in leaves of mulberry leaves are different.关键词
