Research progress on the molecular mechanism of mitotic catastrophe in tumor cells
摘要
Abstract
Mitotic catastrophe is a new form of cell death,which is the phenomenon of cell death caused by the disorder of mitosis.It is a true endogenous mechanism of tumor suppression.However,although mitotic catastrophe is important in the prevention and treatment of tumors,the molecular mechanism of its occurrence has not been clearly elucidated.In this paper,we will discuss the latest research progress on the mechanism of mitotic catastrophe in tumor cells,and provide a reference for further study on the mechanism of mitosis catastrophe.关键词
